Description:
So wow. The last couple of years. That definitely happened. Waistlines and hygiene priority aren't the only things that have changed though: there have been significant changes to the way we patch our devices. In this session we're going to briefly walk through the new update deployment options in Configuration Manager, streamlining update experience with WUfB, and then dig into some exciting stuff that the WUfB Deployment Service is bringing to the table: Expedite, Gradual Rollout, Driver, and Firmware Updates, and more.

What you will learn:
  • ConfigMgr: still looking out for us control freaks
  • Ding dong, the standalone SSUs are dead!
  • WUfB is all grown up and ready for the ball
  • Deploy a specific update without a policy on the device? Easy Peasy
